I purchased two bottles of 100mg NAC. While using them, I noticed I was experiencing mood swings and not getting the benefits I generally get from NAC. I purchased another bottle from another vendor (60mg this time) and immediately noticed the benefits. I also noticed the smell of the 60mg tablets--they were funky and sulfury, while the Swanson ones had no smell at all. Don't know what was in there--baby powder? Corn starch? Definitely not N-Acetyl Cysteine.

And no, I'm not going to spend more than the cost of the vitamins to send them back to you. I'm just going to toss them out. At least I can be sure that they won't contaminate the landfill with NAC. ?

Swanson Vitamins has quality products. They also have great employees who are helpful and have great attitudes.

I've ordered from Swanson for years and NEVER experienced what I encountered with this order. I had to call and speak to a rep to place my order!!!! AND get understanding!!! Maybe Swanson is tired of my orders and I need to go to Purtain's Pride. Relationships wear out sometimes!

everything went well until checking out. 2 failures and the endless bouncing ball yesterday made things complicated.

This is a great company to deal with. My questions get answered and I've been ordering from Swanson for years and have yet to be dissatisfied with anything I have bought. I also trust Swanson to have the correct potencies as stated and purity. My husband's boss used Swansons - he was an endodontist and very wise in the ways of suppliments.

When looking around in the website, I received a notice that I would get free shipping today. I was charge shipping. Only .99 cents. But you should NOT advertise free shipping then not give free shipping. It is dishonest. And when I tried to do a live chat -- a message came up over and over again. Too many errors.

I always have a hard time with it. I don't really understand some the directions so it takes more time.

I have been a customer for no less than 20 years and when I want to buy good natural products I come to Swanson Vitamins

The site is easy to navigate, I can pull up individual products to read more about ingredients and benefits, and checking out is relatively easy and painless.

The checkbox for the easy refill was checked automatically and I didn't see that happen. The maximum on the refill is every 90 days. These vitamins are once a day. There are 250 in the bottle. Once every 90 days will be too much. I was able to re-do the order. That box should not be automatically checked!

I find the site confusing as when I first began to search and price my items one price appeared. At check out the prices were higher. Fortunately I found the "coupon" that brought the prices down to what I had originally seen. That is unclear when starting to choose my items and compare prices.

Website lost my order then I tried to put another order in. Then it decided that I was signed in and it had double of everything. Frustrating website.

After 3 trys, I finally was able to place my order. Every time I tried to "CHAT", you for some reason, CLOSED THE CHAT. THIS WILL BE MY LAST ORDER WITH SWANSON. Walmart is ready when I am!!!!!!!!

Alyssa S. lied to me , and was able to scam me on a promo code they did not go through. My original order was 52.00 but after shipping and no promised promo code. I was charged 72.00. Never again. People beware of the scam. I am sure Swanson marketing team is proud thay trained her well.

Great supplement company. They have the best selection of hard-to-find herbal supplements and have excellent prices on just about anything you want health-wise.
